Items ordered during a sale or discount promotion are considered final sale meaning (no credits or exchanges) of any kind will be honored. 

Online Order Return Policy

Effective 3/1/2021, returns are valid for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued. Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order. If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to us via email (dreambeautystudio11@gmail.com) BEFORE placing your online order to avoid the need to return or exchange styles. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. All jewelry, personal items, and any styles marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return/Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

Online orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. All orders will be given a tracking number and have insurance. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping for styles that are being returned or exchanged. Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable. All packages are shipped Priority Mail with USPS and have insurance. Any issues with shipping please use the insurance placed on your package, to receive compensation for any lost or damaged packages.

Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.

We are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout.

Rerouted Packages 

Please note; we do not manually input addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving tracking information.

If an address error is made, please email Dream Beauty within 8 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment. No changes can be made.

If your order is returned to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed.

You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed back in store.

Preorder

Preorder items are shipped when we receive those pieces from the vendor. Example: If we receive them Monday, the item will be Shipped Tuesday using priority 1-3-day shipping unless you have paid for expedited shipping.

 

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared to be shipped.
